New Album, New site…

by David Ruscitti on Apr.05, 2009, under News

The long awaited debut album of the Chris Arter Band has finally been released, and with that comes an updated web site.

It was a long road to get the perfect sounding album… to get the eclectic mix of songs flowing together in a congruent aural stream, but the hard work and long journey was well worth the wait. The five song EP is the perfect balance of pop, rock, funk, soul and, of course, the genius song writing of the great Chris Arter. We could not have done this without the help and hard work of our great friend and colleague Jay “Mage” Majusiak. Thank you.

With a new album comes a new found passion for the music, the band, and the friendship. To all our friends who have supported us, we are back, and we promise to give you the best music yet.

This site is a work in progress. We will be adding music, video, and pictures shortly. Show dates will be posted, as well as downloads for our flyers if anyone is so inclined to help spread the word. There will also be some goodies coming. I can’t tell you what they are right now (don’t want to ruin the surprise), but I can tell you it will probably be the best thing that’s ever happened… ever.

Please support us by buying our album. You can follow the links on the right of this page to download it. You will be able to purchase a hard copy from the site shortly. In the meantime, if you would like the full product, shoot us an email and we’ll get back to you with instructions (sorry for the inconvenience).

We hope to see everyone at the Northstar on the 9th. It is a great lineup and we are all excited to play. Definitely come early and check out all the bands. Chris and I have been playing with Josh Kruse, and his songs (and the band) are sounding amazing. Also, Wet Chapel… WOW! This band is incredible! And of course, our close friends, Sounds From Atlantis. It’s the best lineup yet. This show is not to be missed!
